Chicken, Mashed Potatos, and Green Beans


Chicken Thighs
  Rub with honey mustard, roll in breadcrumb/flour/crushed corn chex/pine nuts.  Bake at 425 for 50 minutes.

Mashed Potatos
 Yukon Gold are my favorite.  Unfortunately, they're kinda small so it's annoying to have to peel a whole bunch of them.

Boil and mash with butter, veggie stock, heavy cream, garlic powder, oregano, and salt.

Green Beans
  Snap, clean, cook in a little bit of water with some bacon grease for seasoning.  Add sliced mushrooms when almost done.  Saute some chopped onion separately, then add.
