PB & Butterscotch Chip Cookies
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c vegetable oil
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c white sugar
1 egg
3/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
4-5 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c wheat flour
1 c white flour
1/3 c butterscotch chips
Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes.
